Fast Dates: Monday, January 5 – Tuesday, February 3, 2026 
Excluded Days: All Saturdays and Sundays + MLK Day (Monday, January 19) 
Purpose: To begin the year walking in the Spirit and cultivating the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:16–26).
